Lyrebird - Doctors notes made easy for GPs

• In a Nutshell: My mother in-law was at the doctors the other day in Australia. As she sat down, the General Practitioner (GP) let her know that their appointment was being recorded by AI! Being the curious mind about AI that she is, she learned all about the doctors’ latest AI software ‘Lyrebird’ that they' implemented about 2 weeks prior. It records their whole conversation, being sure to make note of key medical terms and information the doctor provides to the patient; and then formulates it all into the doctors note that can quickly be edited and sent out immediately to the patient. The GP praised the ease and time saving that Lyrebird provided both during and post appointment.
